Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and official US holidays). Orders placed on holidays or weekends start processing on the next business day. Processing time refers to preparation time before dispatch, not delivery duration.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated arrival time depends on your destination address. Standard delivery takes 10–25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only. International shipments may experience delays caused by customs clearance, local postal backlogs, adverse weather or public holidays. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: All orders with subtotals over $30 USD qualify for free worldwide shipping.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat shipping rate of $1.99 USD will be charged for all orders below $30 USD.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import duties, VAT and local customs fees may apply for international parcels. All related charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.

Parcel Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to your registered email address. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the notification.

Undeliverable Packages

If packages are returned to us due to invalid delivery address, recipient refusal or unpaid customs fees, the buyer bears all relevant shipping risks and costs.
